Apricot Ice Cream

500 grams of Apricot
½ cup sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
Pit the Apricots by removing its seeds. Cook these pitted apricots in medium heat in a little water, until it turns mushy. Once it’s cooked, drain them carefully by separating the juice. Keep the juice aside. Blend the mushy apricots really well.
Take the juice and mix it with 2/3 cup of water. Make a syrup of this mixture by adding sugar and heating it for almost 10 minutes. Add this syrup to the apricots and blend well. Now, whip the cream and add it to the apricot mix. Pour it to a container and freeze it for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take it out, stir it well, close it and freeze it again for a couple of hours.

2 pitted apricots
1 cup fresh strawberries
½ cup chilled milk
2 tablespoon honey
Add all the ingredients into the blender. Puree until it becomes very smooth. Serve it into a glass and top it with your favourite fruits!
2 cup long Basmati Rice
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup chopped dried apricots
¼ cup sliced almonds
3 cup Water
¼ cup chopped parsley
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté it for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic cloves, a little salt and sauté well till the garlic turns golden.
Next step is to add rice to the pan. Stir it for 2-3 minutes, add 3 cups of water and apricots. Heat it at high boiling for some time and later simmer it. Close the pan and cook for some time until the water is completely absorbed. Remove the pan from heat and set aside. Separate the rice using a fork and serve it to a bowl by adding almonds and parsley.
